The children in EYFS put on their coats, hats and gloves and went for a nature walk. Although chilly they managed to find some examples of mini beasts in the wild!

The children enjoyed their bike workshops, even on a chilly day!
We had a very special visitor come to our school. Father Christmas brought each class a present to share.
Foundation children sung their hearts out at this year’s Nativity, ‘Welcome Little Baby.’
The Year 1 and 2 children of Tenterden Infant School entertained audiences with their performance of ‘The Wriggly Nativity.’ Featuring a cast of traditional characters and a farmyard of animals, the children sung, danced and wiggled all the way to Bethlehem. Teachers, Mrs Wiles and Mrs Cripps, were very proud of all the children. “The children had a fantastic time and were full of smiles.” The children then took the show on the road, performing snippets to Westview and Tenterden Day Centre which was well received.
On Tuesday 5th December families from Tenterden Primary Federation and St Michaels Primary enjoyed a festive craft session.
The Year Two children used the digital cameras to take some photos of the environment around them to use as backdrop in some animation work they are working on.
We had some very special visitors from Tenterden Garden Centre today. Following on from our Deadly 60 topic we met some interesting creatures.
Sports Day took please in bright sunshine this year. The children thoroughly enjoyed them, participating in relay races, sprint and javelin.
EYFS Assembly - Space Its a Place took place on Thursday 18th May 2017. The children acted, sang and danced and their teachers were very proud of them.
On Tuesday 17th January Deirdre Mewse from Pilgrims Hospices visited Tenterden Infant School and Tenterden Junior School to receive the kind donations from parents and carers of all the children in both schools.
