The Romans come to Tenterden Junior School
On Wednesday 9th March, the children of the lower school took part in an enjoyable day of Roman based craft activities.
They made coins, designed bracelets and pots and were able to taste and cook a range of Roman food, including a cheese and honey pizza! The children and their teachers all came in Roman costumes which enabled them to really engage with and feel part of the day.
Have a look at photographs of the day in the Gallery.
